Our 3rd stay here. Close to relatives, shopping, attractions etc. Luanne is always a kind and gracious host. And Bear is the best!

First listing

I believe this was the first listing for this location. I can appreciate there is a learning curve for the hosts. But the communication was tailored for their own needs, not for the needs of the guests. They didn’t make it easy or make it feel welcoming. The place was comfy, clean and pleasant. But there is a neighborhood dog, named bear, who was on the porch the first evening we got there. He was sweet and gentle, but he also roamed nearby, all night long, barking. It was not in any way a restful stay.

I would like for her to stay again! My internet was down and could not communicate! When I did she ghosted me! She got the place very reasonable added a 3rd person! Wanted to get in 2 hours ahead of checkin time! Did not put dishes away Did not put trash in the trash can, left it on the table! My place is very welcoming and easy to get to! She was in a mood from the beginning! Do not rent to her she will add people use your place and give you a bad rating then wanting her money back! Renters beware of her!!!!!!!!!!!!
