This spacious and fully equipped four-room apartment is ideal for a business trip, a romantic getaway, or a relaxing family vacation. Located just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the main railway and bus station as well as Tivoli Park, you will also find a wide selection of charming cafés, shops, and excellent restaurants right at your doorstep.

Barbara is dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. She will gladly provide personalized recommendations for sightseeing, local attractions, activities, and the best places to enjoy Slovenian cuisine.

If you are arriving by plane, a transfer from the airport can be arranged, and Barbara or a member of her family will personally welcome you at the apartment to ensure a smooth and pleasant arrival.

Slovenia is often described as one of Europe’s hidden gems. Thanks to its small size and Ljubljana’s central location, it is the perfect base for exploring the country. With a rental car or a private driver, you can easily take day trips to Slovenia’s most beautiful destinations and return comfortably to Ljubljana each day.

A spacious apartment, beautifully decorated and clean. Excellent location, 10 mins walk from both the big park and centre of the old town. Barbara is extremely friendly, organised and a great communicator. We had a wonderful stay thank you.

Barbara was a wonderful host, and she made the whole trip better with help and recommendations to the area. Apartment is close to the center of the city and has a wide variety of activity/food options.

O apartamento é excelente. A preocupação com as necessidades dos hóspedes é visível. A localização é muito boa. Conseguimos fazer tudo a pé. A garagem é bem próxima. Nossa anfitriã Bárbara foi perfeita. Voltaria a me hospedar. Super recomendo!

I’m Barbara, a mother of two grown-up children who are currently students, and by profession a sports teacher. I truly enjoy welcoming guests to my home city of Ljubljana. I love staying active, working with people, and creating positive experiences – both through my work and in everyday life.

Hosting is something I genuinely enjoy because it allows me to meet people from all over the world and help them discover Slovenia in a personal and authentic way. I take pride in making sure my guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.

I’m always happy to share local tips – from the best places to eat and have coffee to must-see attractions and hidden gems across Slovenia. My goal is that you don’t just visit Ljubljana, but really experience it and leave with beautiful memories.

I chose this area because it offers the perfect balance between a peaceful, green environment and a very central location. One of the things I love most is that Tivoli Park is just across the street – it’s ideal for a morning walk, a run, or simply relaxing in nature.

At the same time, the lively city center is only a short walk away, where you can enjoy Ljubljana’s charming old town, the river, great restaurants, cafés, and cultural attractions. Everything is easily accessible on foot, which makes the experience of the city very enjoyable and stress-free.

What I appreciate most about this area is that guests can enjoy both sides of Ljubljana – its calm, green atmosphere and its vibrant city life – all within a few minutes’ walk.
