Attractive, two-storey apartment is located in the heart of the historical city centre, on an excellent location right by city attractions, famous Baroque Robba’s Fountain and Town Hall Rotovz in a traditional building on Mestni trg. You’ll love it because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. Apartment is good for couples, business travelers and families who don't mind the stairs since there is no elevator in the building and there are about 80 stairs to reach the apartment. It is a spacious duplex. On the first floor there is a furnished kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and an oven, dining corner with table for 6 persons, living room with a leather couch and settees, another pull out sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), writing desk, an exit to the private terrace with a castle hill view and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one has a bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and the other one two singles (90 x 200 cm). The apartment is equipped with washing machine, cable LCD TV, free wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, telephone and air-condition. Private parking lot is approx. 500 m away from the apartment (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 5m) - daily price is 15 €, monthly price is 150 €. Reservations must be made in advance.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
