Enjoy our spacious and beautiful Seattle home. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a family room with a sleeper sofa that are perfect for your family retreat. The house is located in the quiet North Capitol Hill residential neighborhood that is both peaceful and convenient. This family home is just minutes away from Broadway, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This area also boasts a local nightlife that is sure to keep you entertained.

Welcome to this spacious and comfortable home! With its generous layout, you’ll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay.

As you enter the main floor, you’ll be greeted by a large living room perfect for unwinding after a fun day. The level also boasts a dedicated work area and additional seating for sitting with other guests and family members. The kitchen and dining area are located on this floor and lead to the outdoor patio, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and the lovely views of Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains.

The upper level of the home features 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sofa bed. The other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds. Each bedroom has a large closet with plenty of storage space for all your belongings.

The lower level opens into a lovely family room with a queen-size sleeper sofa near the windows. Bedding can be found in a compartment in the sleeper sofa. A queen-size air mattress is available upon request. There is a full bathroom and laundry facilities on this level.

To ensure a comfortable and convenient stay, we provide FREE WI-FI, laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, towels, and linens.

If you are traveling with children and need a booster seat and play n’ pack, we will be happy to provide them.

Parking – One car can park on the driveway in front of the garage (please note, the garage is supply storage). Please pull up far enough into the driveway so you don’t block the sidewalk. There is also free street parking right in front of the house.

Garbage service - Please take the bins out to the street on Tuesday night for pick up early Wednesday morning. Return the bins after pickup on Wednesday.

This is a residential neighborhood. No parties or events, and no loud noise after 10 pm. Please respect our neighbors.

We are 2 miles from the University of Washington to the north, and from Seattle University to the south. We are 5 miles from Seattle downtown, Pike Place Market, and Seattle Center. We are walking distance to the Washington Park Arboretum and Japanese Tea Garden, Volunteer Park/Seattle Asian Art Museum, and shops on 15 th Ave and on Broadway. Nearby are the graves of Bruce Lee and Brandon Lee.
