- We have one dedicated parking spot for an SUV available. The parking spot will not fit a truck. Street parking is available.

- The lowest floor bedroom only has a half bath (toilet w/vanity only). For showering, you will need to climb one floor above.

- Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.

- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house and rooftop. There are no cameras inside the house.

- Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house.

- Please take shoes off at the entrance.
