Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please gather all used towels and wash clothes and put in the bath tub before leaving.
Please throw trash away before leaving and place trash in the garbage shoot that is located past the elevators and down the hall on the left.
Please turn everything off and gather the 2 fobs and parking pass and place on the counter where you found them upon checking in for your stay. If parked in the garage a fob will be needed to exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

The place was great! The only thing was the air conditioning was not central air. There were two portable AC units which worked OK, not great. Although it was unusually hot that week. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location of the condo allowed us to park our rental car and not use it again for four days. We were within walking distance of Pike's Place, Space Needle, MoPop (which was fantastic), a beautiful waterfront park, the ferry to Bainsbridge and MANY stores/restaurants (including a corner market on the same block for anything we forgot). The condo itself was wonderful. We spent many evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying views of the bay and distant mountains. Kitchen was well equipped, the mattress was VERY comfortable, water pressure in bathroom was good. Having a washer/dryer allowed us to do laundry without going to laundry mat. VERY convenient. If I ever get out to Seattle again, I would definitely stay here if available.
