This sophisticated city apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with panoramic views of the sea and the city. There are two balconies, one off the lounge/dining area enjoying stunning views of the Mediterranean, and the other, at the rear, off the two bedrooms, provides peace and quiet with views of neighbouring gardens.
This 78 sq. metre modern apartment offers a high level of comfort. It has air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, automatic shutters, under floor central heating, large screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access, telephone and a lift.
The spacious lounge/dining area has original parquet flooring. The designer American style kitchen has marble floor, granite worktop and is fully equipped.
Walking through the corridor the main bathroom is on your left and has full sized bath, with shower, toilet, and large sink. There are also built in storage units, and a washing machine.
The two bedrooms are located at the other side of the apartment & have plenty of cupboard space. There are 2 single beds in each bedroom which can be joined to make 2 double beds. The large master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which has a shower, basin and toilet. Both bedrooms have direct access to back balcony.
There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment for the winter months.
The apartment does not have parking. The nearest public car park is called ‘Palais Massena’ which is located beside the Negresco Hotel. Special priced passes can be purchased at the parking office on arrival - 7 day pas costs approx 110 euros.
All rental prices quoted are inclusive of the taxe de sejour (French stay tax). The service charge covers the end of stay clean, meet and greet, bed linen & bath towels.. ** PLEASE ADVISE US AT THE TIME OF BOOKING HOW YOU WOULD LIKE THE BEDROOMS MADE UP - EITHER AS SINGLES OR DOUBLE BEDS **

Late apartment arrival charge will apply for arrivals from 8pm. Please note that it will take you approximately one hour from the time your plane lands to reach the apartment.
Minimum rental period during the Peak and Christmas season is 7 nights. Shorter stays (minimum 3 nights) outside these seasons are possible.
How to Get There: Most airlines now travel to Nice International Airport.
Ferries arrive at Nice from St. Tropez, Corsica and Italy.
All the car hire companies are based at Terminal 2.
The No. 98 bus leaves the airport every 20 minutes (cost €6) and will drop you opposite the apartment (takes approx 15 minutes) at the Grosso/C.U.M stop on the Promenade.
Taxi will cost approximately €35 to the apartment.
