Eat there or bring back and eat on our deck which offers comfortable cushioned Erwin & Sons Patio Furniture and listen to the waves crashing!

Start your day enjoying a specialty coffee and delicious breakfast at Caribbean Coffee, enjoy lunch at the ever-popular Point Break Pizza or Tex Mex Kitchen, do some shopping in the unique, locally-owned shops, and take some time to pamper yourself at the White Sands Salon & Boutique. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Make sure to check out the Light House!! Maximum occupancy is 4 (adults and children combined) — the sofa is not a bed
*Strict No smoking; $500 fine for smoking on the PREMISES! If you or your guest smoke, please do not book this home. We don’t like charging $500 and we definitely don’t like the extra cleaning up for our next guest that doesn’t smoke after a smoker leaves.
*No pets — please respect this strict policy
Ample supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags provided
Half Bath is located outside
Disorderly conduct on or off the property may result in eviction
ID verification is required before check-in instructions are sent
Rental agreement must be e-signed before check-in instructions are sent
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each quest's stay.

You'll have the entire home to yourself, except for two owner storage areas that stay locked and monitored to keep guest supplies secure.

BOOKING Our Home means you agree to:

*Maximum Guest: 4 (sofa is not a bed)
*Any disorderly conduct on or off the property may lead to eviction
**Please keep doors and windows closed at all times (humidity is HIGH) and we ask that you don't prop open the glass door in the back to protect from sudden wind.
*If you use the umbrella, please lower when you go inside, we get surprising wind gust being so close to the Gulf.
*Use trash bags and place in garbage bin outside. Roll to the road Mon/Thurs mornings
*ID Verification will be required before receiving check-in instructions

For the comfort, health, and safety of all guests, Toucan Escape is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property.

Due to severe allergies, smoking, vaping, the use of e-cigarettes, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, marijuana, or any other smoking products is strictly prohibited inside the home, on the porch, in the outdoor shower, and anywhere on the property.

Even residual smoke and odors can trigger serious allergic reactions and may require extensive cleaning and temporarily make the home unavailable for future guests.

If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, a minimum $500 cleaning and deodorization fee will be charged, along with any additional costs incurred if specialized remediation or loss of rental income is required.

By signing this rental agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with this no-smoking policy. Failure to comply may also result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

*Pet Policy: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.
