The Space

★ Main Floor: Living & Gathering

- Living Room: Relax in style on 3 leather power recliners (theater-style) or the large leather sofa (which pulls out into a Queen sleeper; extra linens provided). Enjoy movie night on the 65-inch 4K Roku TV with Blu-ray player. Note: The fireplace is decorative only.
- Kitchen: Fully stocked for large groups! Includes a full-size fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. We provide all cooking essentials plus small appliances like a Ninja Blender, Waffle Maker, Toaster, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Coffee, cream, sugar, tea, and spices are provided to get you started.
- Dining: The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen peninsula.
- Laundry: A half-bath and laundry room are located on the main floor, complete with washer/dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board.

★ Second Story: Sleeping Quarters

- Bedroom 1 (The Spiderman Room): A hit with the kids! Features a bunk bed setup sleeping 3 total (Twin beds), a 4K Roku TV, Blu-ray player, and board games in the closet.
- Bedroom 2: Features a King-size bed with a high-quality Dyonery 14-inch Memory Foam Mattress and 4 premium pillows.
- Bedroom 3: A spacious room with Two Queen Beds, large closets, a 4K Roku TV with Blu-ray, and a private attached full bathroom (tub/shower).
- Bathrooms: In addition to the ensuite in Bedroom 3, there is a second full hallway bathroom (tub/shower/hairdryer) shared by the King and Bunk rooms.

★ Outdoor Living & Parking

- The Look: A charming two-story home featuring cedar shutters, a welcoming red door, and a front porch with rocking chairs.
- Backyard: Enjoy the back deck with a gas grill (propane and utensils provided). Step down to the fire pit area with comfortable seating for evening relaxation. Please note: Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at nearby gas stations.
- Parking: Huge concrete and gravel driveway with space for up to 6 vehicles. We can even accommodate a large camper/RV!
