The unit features a flexible layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms that can convert into a large one-bedroom or an open loft-style space. With around 1,050 square feet, it offers bright, open, and comfortable living throughout your stay.

Guests can enjoy world-class amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool and heated hot tubs with ocean and city views, a full-service rooftop bar and lounge, private cabanas and sun decks with fire pits, a modern fitness center overlooking the bay, 24/7 security, and reliable high-speed internet.

Important Information:

Please note that your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 40 kW. Additional usage may be charged at checkout. To ensure the best experience and energy efficiency, we kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit.

If you would like to request an additional cleaning service, it is available for $50 USD or 1,000 MXN. Please get in touch with the host in advance, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

Cool space, great location

This is a really cool apartment--everything opens up so it feels spacious, yet big hidden sliding walls close off to two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Lots of light, very comfortable and new construction feel. The building itself is in a great location steps away from the fun, but it was very quiet at night. The roof-top deck might encourage you to never leave the building. I will be looking to find this place again for next time.

Horrible misrepresentation of this 2nd floor sewer smelling unit.

Loud ...windows are not insulated so get ready to stay up all night!But you do have that horrible sewer smell to keep ypu company.

Really nice location, rental unit and neighborhood

The location really cannot be beat. The unit was clean and mostly very functional. My two tips are that the shower water pressure is weak and it can take a while to actually shower and rinse off. The other is not with the unit or the building but the neighborhood and the noise. If you're a light sleeper or plan on sleeping from 12-3am you will need ear plugs. On a nightly basis people drove and parked nearby with music blaring loudly. Foot traffic spilling out of bars also meant frequent yelling and drunk conversations can be easily heard from the unit since it's on the 2nd floor. If I stay there again I'd bring ear plugs and that would probably help a lot. Beyond those two things this unit is really nice and comfortable. The roof top pool is arguably one of the nicest I've experienced in PV.
