This 1 bedroom Suite on the ground floor is perfect for on-the-go people or for those who wish to walk right out to the sand immediately. Newly outfitted with beautiful Mexican tile and decorated with Mexican art works and furnishings. Now with balcony outside and new double glass sliding windows from floor to ceiling, allowing for a very nice views to the beach. It is spacious, comfortable and is located just a few steps from the sandy beach.

Great Stay!

The room was absolutely beautiful, the view was beautiful.The photos on Vrbo were accurate and very good, but seeing it in person was even better than the photos. I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff were amazing. I would recommend a stay there.

Very noisy, bed was not comfortable at all will never stay there again. They need to put in the description that it’s right next to the public beach access. A lot of noise at night and early morning very over priced for what you get. We have stayed at others in the same area that are more inexpensive and much nicer.

This is more of a hotel than an private rental, but the unit was amazing with a living room and bedroom (like a 1-bedroom apartment) and walk right out (across a driveway) to the ocean. I wish I would have stayed there longer!My only complaint was the shower faucet, was hard to make it hot because it was some complex control system that needed instructions! I also didn't figure out there were black out shades until the morning. Bummer.

Value was great, good location, private chef was a highlight. Minor complaints would be the outdoor pool shower was missing a handle so you could not use it. Only the foot rinse worked. Pool needs to be retiled. No one enforced preventing the beach vendors from coming onto the private beach and even up onto the property. Again, these are minor inconveniences. Overall, would stay here again.

Terrific with a few small flaws

Luxe digs right on the gay beach. Great people watching from the pool deck. Tons of space, great view. A few quibbles: awkward shower layout with inconsistent water temperature, bedroom AC LED panel shines when in use spoiling your darkness, hot tub looks nice but it's barely lukewarm.

Can’t wait to be back.

Great stay!! Staff was very helpful and attentive. Property was well-kept and private. Our suite was cleaned spotless everyday. If I could change anything it would be the shower head in the bathroom because it took twice as long to shower due to the water pressure being so low. But other than that I would highly recommend this stay!! Can’t wait to return!!

Don't rent downstairs!

It is best to rent a unit upstairs and there is an elevator. I will do this next time! Overall, it was okay downstairs, so I imagine upstairs units are fantastic!

Vallarta Shores stay

No se si nos confundieron con otra habitación, pero el lugar nos se veía nada que ver con las fotos. Fue completamente diferente habitación pero fue muy muy lindo. También hice la reservación para el 22 de Abril pero la confirmación de la reservación nos tuvo haciendo el check-in el 23. Pensé que fue error mío de la reservación pero fijándome en la reservación ahorita, dice que fue para el 22-30 de abril. No se que pasó con eso pero igual lo pasamos muy a gusto. Está muy bien ubicado, unas cuadras de La Palapa, y en zona gay. Mucha comida y antros están cerca y puedes caminar al Malecón fácilmente. Está diez pasos de la playa con alberca compartida en frente. También tiene mesas y sillas para sentar afuera y comer o ver el atardecer que siempre está muy bonito. El ruido (la música) del hotel Mantamar está medio constante pero a la vez puedes escuchar las olas del Mar siempre. Está muy bonito y limpio, tienen servicio de limpieza y lavado de ropa muy económica. Todos los empleados son muy amables y nos ayudaron con cualquier cosa. Pedimos agua y aloe vera para la quemadura y fue complementario. En realidad no está listo para cocinar. Los cuchillos fueron malos y el horno no se prendió. El chavo de la oficina trató de ayudarnos con ese pero tampoco podía prenderlo. Nos cambiaron la tele después de unos días porque no se conectó bien al wifi para ver películas sin problema. Por fin los pasamos muy felices y nos quedaríamos allá de nuevo llamando directamente a la oficina para ver cuáles habitaciones están disponibles y para hacer nuestra reservación. Muchas gracias para tenernos :)

Exceeded Expectations

This is truly a one of a kind property. The fact that property was literally on the beach was the biggest selling feature for me. I have stayed in old town 8 times and I can say that this was one of my favorite places to stay. :)
