Off the entry hall are a bedroom and a shared bathroom. A cozy kitchen with 2 bar seats has everything guests need to whip up a quick snack or prepare local seafood. An open living area has a comfy leather sofa, a large TV, and sliding glass doors that open to a balcony with neighborhood views. An elevator is in the front of Building A facing the parking lot. There are coin-operated washers and dryers in a laundry room at the other end of the building on the same floor. This adorable condo is 490 square feet. Parking for 1 vehicle only! Permit for 1 car will be left in condo for you and must be put in the windshield of your car. No golf carts on property.

My stay was as described. No issues. All good nice, clean, comfy, one bed, balcony. Surroundings were also nice with short walk to the beach. Nicer area's of the beach are a further walk.
