Beach-themed artwork, tables adorned in seashells, sunny yellow walls, and sandy-feet-friendly tile floors have a classic Tybee vibe in this fun beach condo. Off the entry hall are a bedroom and a shared bathroom. A cozy kitchen with 2 bar seats has everything guests need to whip up a quick snack or prepare local seafood. An open living area has a comfy leather sofa, a large TV, and sliding glass doors that open to a balcony with neighborhood views. An elevator is in the front of Building A facing the parking lot. There are coin-operated washers and dryers in a laundry room at the other end of the building on the same floor. This adorable condo is 490 square feet. Parking for 1 vehicle only! Permit for 1 car will be left in condo for you and must be put in the windshield of your car. No golf carts on property.

Great little place by the beach! It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator option, so just be aware. Would stay again!

The accommodations and beach area were great, as well as location to all areas. There are cute shops near within walking distance. We had excellent communication with the management and they were great to work with. Only negative were had was the access to get to the elevator is several stairs that make it difficult to get luggage and things all up.

Comfortable. Cute. Clean.

My stay was as described. No issues. All good nice, clean, comfy, one bed, balcony. Surroundings were also nice with short walk to the beach. Nicer area's of the beach are a further walk.

Overall the apartment was nice and clean. The bedroom window does face the hall under a sky light. The hall lights never go off so the bedroom was fairly bright at night for sleeping. The bed was definitely comfortable and you could tell was a descent mattress. The a/c was nice and cold and the room was close to the elevator which was great for luggage and 3 flights of stairs. Something I wish we would have known where that the complex does not allow golf carts. Because you are on the north end and everything is south you can spend a lot of time going in between. I wish we would have rented bikes early and had (Tim’s bike shop will deliver for free) them there for when we arrived. The bikes were a game changer for getting around. The beach you can walk to from the room is not the ocean per se, but one of the inlets. You need to go to the North beach which is only a mile away if you want bigger waves to play in. South beach has even bigger waves, but was packed. The inlet area is really nice just to hang out and relax and much less crowded. Overall, the room is in a nice area that’s quiet and not part of the tourist hub. We walked each morning to the coffee shop to grab coffee and a muffin. Definitely get there early! Would recommend and book again.

We had a fabulous visit. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. The locality of the pool and beach was a HUGE plus. Communication with the host was prompt and very nice to work with. We will for sure like to return in the future.

Reviewer Comments: I had my expectations set low..I booked last minute and that’s scary..We were pleasantly was adorable and just the right size for us..I would not hesitate to stay here again..just a little walk to the beautiful beach..The elevator did break down on day three..that was a little inconvenient...but it is what it is..
