The living area flows directly onto a screened-in porch, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space for morning coffee, afternoon breezes, and evening sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a walk-in pantry, with the dining area positioned nearby for easy meals and gathering. A half bath on this level adds convenience.

The Parking:
The parking here is very tight. Standard vehicles only and you may not block the driveway or neighbors garage. You may park one vehicle in the garage and another vehicle may be parked parallel to the garage. One vehicle is recommended but two may fit.
