One of two raised homes on this street, Treetop Cottage is the back home at the end of the drive. The entrance is on the second floor, with covered parking below the home. The comfortable living area has high ceilings and interesting architectural detail with an exposed beam and tons of natural light. The open plan living area offers a flat-screen tv, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 2 people. The dining table seats 4, and the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The bedrooms both include a TV, the first bedroom has a King-size bed and the second is furnished with a Queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms, each with walk-in showers. There are a washer and dryer located in the second bathroom.

The outdoor space is nestled among the treetops. Enjoy the wrap-around deck that is shady and nestled in the tree-tops. The deck offers a variety of spaces, both covered, uncovered, and a new screened area that is a perfect place to enjoy coffee or mealtimes together outdoors. There is an outdoor dining table that seats 4 and a charcoal grill on the ground level patio, perfect for the grill master in your group. Beach access is located about 4 blocks away, about a 4-minute walk. There is parking available for 2 Vehicles. Wifi is available.
