Jan -April $11, 995 per month May-Oct $4, 995 per month Nov-Dec $5, 995 per month The owner of 321 Lansbrook Dr. has a FAMILY Club Membership, your rent will include all of the following: Free Unlimited Golf DURING MAY through OCTOBER UNLIMITED, only need to pay small golf cart/trail fee November & December -April is LIMITED GOLF(six rounds free golf). Unlimited use of Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce. (Dedicated Bocce courts are in construction. Pickleball and Bocce are temporarily being played on the Tennis courts) Unlimited use of the Wellness Center , Pool and private Dining. Welcome to this rarely available beautiful fully furnished house for rent with a panoramic golf course view in the highly desirable private gated community of Venice Golf Country Club. The membership this home offers will allow you to golf DURING MAY through OCTOBER UNLIMITED (MUST pay the trail/cart fee - no greens fee). November & December -April is LIMITED GOLF. king size bed in master bedroom, one queen bed in third bedroom /office, two twin beds in second bedroom. The screened lanai with breathtaking view overlooks the 13th par three on VGCC's beautiful private golf course. This house has been completed remodeled with new walk-in shower, new granite countertop in all bathrooms. This open floor plan custom Rutenberg home with a spa/screened lanai located in the landscaped and maintenance free Lansbrook neighborhood. This home is sitting on a premier lot with beautiful 13th fairway views. Custom New kitchen with new high-end quartz and cabinet, and New SS appliance looks over a great-room floor plan with open triple sliders to the screened lanai. Custom cabinetry with pull out shelving, breakfast bar, specious living space with build-ins. The main bedroom suite offers an en suite bath has triple window with lake and 13th fairway views. The Guest area is set away from the main bedroom area. The 3rd bedroom/den has custom built-ins for office use or could be a third bedroom and shares the 2nd bathroom with house guests and bedroom 2.
