GrandView #404 condo is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This fourth floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances. 

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Winter Retreat

Great stay at this location. We really enjoyed the feeling of home here and would definitely come back for another vacation. The place was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that would be helpful would be some directions to use the tv and remotes.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! Communication was excellent. Check in was smooth & professional. The condo was very comfortable and clean. There were nice amenities provided (travel shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make-up remover towelettes). The location was perfect and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, grocery, and wine! We would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

Grandview apartment

The apartment has spectacular view of the lake and the mountain. It has everything that you need it. It is located on the 4 floor. WiFi signal is very weak and unusable.

Great views and central location to Chelan

Title says it all! The views to the lake and mountain are great. And this condo is centrally located to the downtown area of Chelan. Condo is kept quite clean. We haven’t had much need to reach out to the staff. But there is someone on-site at the lobby close to the condo to answer your questions.

Nice View and Condo

Condo was everything expected and clean. Check-in - not clear with instructions and not welcoming. No help with how to use facilities, parking. Need some training in customer service.! Check out procedures - non existent. Expected a sheet in condo with instructions - there wasn't anything. That would really help.

Overall Good, but...

The view was pretty amazing from this unit, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the birds and fish in the lake. The bedding was great; the AC was also. The unit was very clean as well. The beds were far too soft & very noisy when you laid down or got up. The bathtub/shower in the 2nd bedroom REQUIRED you to stand in it to turn the water on, which meant you got hit in the head & body with very cold water (rendering it useless for us.) The builder should find another profession for such a stupid error, and that's coming from an interior designer!

Good experience! Great place. We had four guys here for a golf trip. The only thing could have used was a fold out cot because we all snore and two of us could not spread out for separation and quiet.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the last ten years we have rented a lake view 2 bedroom condo at a he Granview. The lack in of maintenance in the rooms is ever increasing. Compared to other higher end accommodations puts this property towards the bottom. Examples are tattered furniture, furniture finish worn off and TVs that don’t work. We keep coming back because of convenience of location.
