This apartment offers you the best location in a quiet, yet trendy neighborhood called Conde Duque. Walking distance to everywhere you want to go in Madrid, since it is a few steps away from Malasaña, Chueca, Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de España and Gran Via. Every guest that came so far loved the neighborhood.
4 subway lines stop down the street and you have 2 supermarkets and a local market around the corner. The best bakeries (Panic or The Bakehouse) and cheese shop (Cultivo) of Madrid are also in the neighborhood. You can also find trendy fashion stores in the same street (Sportivo)

The apartment was designed by a great architect studio. It is nested on the last floor of a well maintained historic 1900 building with modern small glass elevator.

It is a 50 sq. meter One bedroom apartment with a double bed (140cmx200cm), with open kitchen and living room full of light, a full modern bathroom (supplied with amenity kits, hair dryer, towels, gel, shampoo..) with walk in shower.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for you to cook all those fresh products from the market or from the Organic food supermarket nearby. We provide all basics (olive oil, vinegar, sugar, etc..). There is a Nespresso coffee machine, a french press, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven etc..
When there is a 3rd guest we provide sheets for the sofa bed in the living room (140cmx200cm).
You can enjoy your meals outside on the terrace or around the bar in the living room. There is also a dining area in the veranda. But of course if you prefer to taste Spanish gastronomy or tapas you have thousands of restaurants and bars to choose from very close by. Once the booking is confirmed, i will send you the house manual full of recommendations and suggestions.

The 24 sq. meter terrace (258 sq feet) is directly accessible from the living room. Depending on the season you will enjoy our beautiful plants and lavender. The terrace is equipped with a sofa and coffee table, there are long chairs available together with folding table and chairs. There is an awning in case you prefer to be under the shade.

Decorated with an industrial yet minimalist touch, you will find everything necessary for you to enjoy your stay and feel at home. All closets are empty for your own use since nobody lives there. We take pride in offering you an extremely clean and neat place.
Fiber optic internet is available through WIFI throughout the apartment and Terrace so you can stay connected with your loved ones and send them pics of the beautiful view you are enjoying :) - You can also use the space as an office space since it is very quiet day or night. We just added a new Smart TV

There is AIR CONDITIONING in both the bedroom and the living space, so you can escape Madrid heat on hot summer days. During the winter the entire space is heated with radiators and you can regulate the temperature.
