No bikes provided.  2nd floor- open great room with large flat screen TV with cable hook up.  Sliding glass doors from the living area lead to the wrap round sundeck. An awning provides a protected section ideal for outdoor meals (outside table seats 6).  The dining table seats 6, plus bar stools at the open counter.  The kitchen has stainless appliances and plenty of counter space for meal preparations.  2 additional bedrooms on this level , both with queen beds, and a huge tub/shower bath with double vanity.  Central air.  Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the main living area for summer comfort. Bedroom TVs are Smart TVs for streaming. Natural gas grill in side yard, with extra table and 4 chairs. Outdoor clothes line for beach items. Sorry, no pets permitted.
