The kitchen extends into the family room. Extend living to the outdoors onto the large deck for entertaining or just relaxing in the hot tub. The primary is spacious w/ an updated en'suite. Getting around is a breeze as I485 access is just 1 1/2 miles away. Uptown Charlotte is w/in 14 miles and 5 miles away you can be in either Center of Matthews or Mint Hill!
Other things to note
The hot tub is equipped with two pumps. However, we keep one pump turned off to prevent potential issues caused by over-tightening the valve. When the valve is twisted too forcefully, it causes water to escape, rendering the hot tub unusable. As a result, half of the jets will be operational, ensuring the water heats up to a comfortable temperature for your enjoyment.
