This unit sits on the 5th floor—perfectly positioned above the amenities deck for the ideal blend of privacy, panoramic views, and easy pool access. Unlike lower-level condos (levels 1–3), which sit beneath the pool and feature smaller balconies and floorplans, units on levels 4–8 enjoy more space, better layouts, and elevated vistas. Being just one level above the pool, this unit offers quick access without the noise or foot traffic—your own private oasis overlooking it all.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed unit overlooking the Cabo San Lucas Marina. Although we could walk to the local restaurants, we mostly chose to make our daily breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen and eat it on the scenic terrace. As advertised, the unit was very clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The owners/property managers were very responsive and answered all of our questions. We have stayed at various condos in Pedregal and this stay was among the best. Highly recommend!The Montemar complex has 24/7 gate security, parking for your car, a fitness center, spacious infinity pool and deli/bar.

The perfect place in Cabo! LOVE!

This property was absolutely incredible – a stunning home and incredibly friendly hosts. The location couldn’t have been better! Although we were among their very first VRBO guests, you'd never guess it. Our stay was flawless, especially with the helpful, clearly labeled instructions posted around the condo and quick responses from the hosts. The infinity pool, hot tub, and sun deck was just what we were looking for. And the view - breathtaking!! Plus, the fact that you can walk into town in just two blocks was a major bonus. We're already looking forward to our next visit! Big thanks to Bree & Fritz for all the fantastic local tips and advice!

This was just what we needed, and Fritz and Bree as hosts were extremely engaged in our happiness in Cabo! My husband and I needed a quick getaway from the dreary Pacific Northwest. I feel incredibly lucky we found Fritz & Bree’s condo in the Pedregal Neighborhood. It had everything we needed and it was absolutely spotless, and beautifully designed. The guidebook recommendations were excellent! Ultimately what we wanted to do was to relax and chill, but also see the surrounding area. We found it incredibly difficult removing ourselves from the pool area. Rest and relaxation was achieved. Thank you Fritz & Bree for sharing your beautiful home and for providing your guests a worry free, comfortable 5 Star experience. We look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful Vacation

Incredible home, amazing building, friendly staff, ideal location, and thoughtful hosts. Apparently, we were some of their first-ever VRBO guests, but you’d never know it. This was one of the most dialed-in stays we’ve ever had - particularly loved the point-of-need instructions posted throughout the condo with a label maker! Super helpful to know how to operate everything. The layout of the home was perfect for 2 couples, the modern design felt like a 5-star boutique hotel. The infinity pool and hot tub on this building took our breath away. The gym is great - working out with that view actually make me want to work out several times. Loved that you can walk right into town in 2 blocks, and because of the elevated property, the views over Cabo and the Cabo Bay were stunning. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks Fritz & Bree for all the amazing local tips and info - I’m sure it won’t be long before you are SuperHosts!
