Summary:

Stylish home located in Champions Gate, one block from the Oasis Clubhouse with lazy river, pool, bar and restaurant! All amenities included!! Come relax and unwind in your own tropical retreat.

Sleeps 16- walk to the Oasis Clubhouse! Has a master suite on both levels!! Private pool area with covered patio. Close to shopping, restaurants and theme parks.



The Space:

Downstairs:

Large beautiful open concept dining, Livingroom and kitchen with sliders leading to the outside covered patio and pool area. Outdoor dining area that is covered and loungers by the pool.

The first bedroom is on the right and has a King Bed with an attached bathroom.

Past the kitchen the Master Suite boasts large King Bed and attached private en suite with private access to the pool/patio area.



Upstairs has an open living room with couch that turns into extra sleeper.

Down the hall is another Master Suite that is massive with King Bed and its own private en suite with garden tub and upright shower, dual sinks.

On the other end is the Star Wars kids room boasting 2 sets of bunk beds with slide to depart!

The next room is Harry Potter themed and has a set of Queen bunk beds.



There are 2 separate bathrooms upstairs.



Guest Access:

All guests have exclusive access to this entire 5-bedroom villa, private pool & spa, and all of the clubhouse amenities at no additional cost except for the golf course. Located in the much desired Champion Gate Resort, walking distance to the Oasis Clubhouse Guests also have access to the Retreat Clubhouse down the road.

Champions Gate is a large, resort-style master-planned community in Davenport, just southwest of Orlando, known for its luxury vacation rentals, championship golf (Greg Norman courses), and abundant amenities like pools, lazy rivers, fitness centers, and close proximity (10-15 mins) to Disney World, offering a resort feel with residential options (townhomes, condos, houses) and a central location for exploring Central Florida.



Getting Around:

Our home is conveniently located to all attractions in Central Florida and easily accessible by Uber/Lyft.

Other Things to Note:

This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.

No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed, or fines will be charged. No charcoal grills allowed, if found $250 fine.



POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT

* Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night-

*Needs3 days notice prior to arrival to be turned on.

*Pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay, temperature will not exceed 95F.

*Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

*Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

We are available by message board, chat, or phone from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
