Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Short 1 min walking distance to the Beach, Restaurants including Mexican, Sushi, Indian, Breakfast , Coffee and Bars, and Yoga studio's.



El Porto is the nickname of the beach in front of the place and is well known for being a great beginner and intermediate surf spot.



The Space:

The unit is the upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Full kitchen with all new appliances. New washer and dryer. Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. BBQ in the outdoor court yard. Central heating and air conditioning. Designated one-car parking spot in the garage. Height limit for cars 7 feet.Outdoor hot shower for post-beach activities. Large gas fireplace in the living room. With 65-inch Roku TV, spectrum TV, Netflix. High-speed internet access.



For additional guests - The living room couch turns into a single bed. We have a queen-size raised air bed and crib.

Great place just a few blocks from the beach. Amenities were great. Only blip was we were not sent anything about beach towels or chairs that were included in our stay. My husband ran into the owner and she made sure he knew where to get them though. Very kind people and a very enjoyable stay!

Excellent location, recently refurbished.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Just a block away from restaurants, pubs and a 2 block walk down to the beach. The hill back up is steep but manageable. The views of the ocean and sun set are a bonus.
