1 Star Big Disappointment!

1 Star BIG DIAPPOINTMENTThere is no care for this vacation rental. There is no handle on the screen door and the screen is pulled out. The carpet in the great room is very dirty with large spots. There are missing lightbulbs, everything is dusty, spiders are in the vaulted ceiling area, and missing sink stoppers.We rented this for 3 days for a family celebration. When we arrived there was no internet or TV. We called the owners and were told to do certain things to reset the TV which never worked and all they said was sorry. "We don't live in the area." No morning coffee because the Keurig coffee maker didn't work and if it did, they only left 5 pods.I was very shocked to find only 10 plastic plates and bowls to serve dinner on. This is a rental that sleeps 7 people! I expect a place to be clean, well maintained, and amenities provided that they advertise.I requested a partial refund for all theIssues we experienced but were denied. Lots of excuses of not living in the area.Paid way too much for this trip.
