Studio confortable et confortable situé au deuxième étage de la maison - table de télévision amovible pour le plaisir de la télévision dans toute la maison - cuisine parfaitement intégrée avec de nombreux éléments en bois - salle de bains individuelle avec douche!

Pourquoi ne pas vous détendre dans le grand lit queen-size ou dans l’un des fauteuils moelleux! Vous pourrez vous détendre en regardant un film sur le téléviseur à écran plat ou en écoutant de la musique.

Les points forts de notre maison de Tampa sont les beaux éléments en bois de la cuisine. Prenez place sur le banc particulièrement charmant.

Dans la salle de bain, équipée d'une douche, nous avons pris soin de trouver beaucoup de serviettes.

Bien sûr, vous trouverez également des draps et des couvertures dans la chambre à coucher.

Our Barra Villa Resort also has 5 downstairs level apartments in addition to the 3 apartments upstairs. Therefore, if you book in time, it should not be a problem to stay in one of the other downstairs apartments next time.

Small & QuaintI

I enjoyed my stay. The studio was small and quaint with the roof angles adding to the quaintness. If you are over 6' tall you will have to duck to get into the shower. The roof angles make getting in and out of bed interesting for the person closest to the wall. Checking in and out and getting in and out of the house on a daily basis, was seamless. The pool was clean and the surrounding area inviting. The only downside was with the television--I was not able to watch network TV. But I adapted and everything was fine. I will definitely rent from this host again.

affordable, clean centrally located place

We just loved the pool- it was very lovely and my toddler really enjoyed himself. Also loved the cleanliness of the place. Thank you for putting up the pack and play and the high chair! Helpful! I was puzzled that the place said it slept 3. In reality, it sleeps 2. A third person would have to be very, very skinny, little and light-weight to fit on the chair pillows on the floor that were called a "third bed". So we had all 3 of us (baby, grandma, and me) had to sleep on the queen bed. Even having an airbed in storage would have been of help to us. I think it would be more accurate to say it sleeps 2. I would reccomend this place for 2 adults.

We totally agree that the studio is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 toddler as it offers one Queen-size bed and sufficient space for a pack n play (which we gratefully offer for all our guests). Therefore it is also listed for up to 2 adults. We are so happy to hear that your toddler enjoyed the time in and around the pool and we would be happy if you keep us and our rentals in mind for the future.

Nice pool

The pool was very refreshing and clean. House was walking distance to very nice restaurants. The owners have a problem with ants need personal exterminator.

It is not uncommon in southern climes for smaller animals such as ants to stray into houses. Our houses are therefore also treated at regular intervals against "vermin". We ask our guests in this regard but also for certain assistance by, for example, no food is left open in the accommodations. Thank you!

Great location

Great place well furnished. Just be aware this is an attic apartment so low ceiling and if you’re over 5’6” the shower is a challenge. But really nicely done and great location

Christmas week stay

The apartment was very cute and was in. a perfect location for us to enjoy downtown, eat at our favorite seafood place(Dixie Fish Company) and visit our daughter. Our morning jogs were so enjoyable, McGregory is a perfect jogging street. And the weather was perfect!
