Do not flush wipes or feminine products in toilet. Please remove sand before entering and rinse beach chairs after use. Please do not sit on furniture with sunscreen or wet swimsuits.
Please empty dishwasher and return to original storage. Early arrivals $60 fees applies to expedite plus $60/hr if more than two hours $25/15 minutes Fees apply Late Check out violation
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Incidental Security Deposit $500. Returned 1-14 days after checkout. Extra guest fees per person XL Twin Bed Rental $100 fees/pp
