We are proud to offer you a professionally designed and decorated studio suite in the heart of Cruz Bay. Our condo features hotel quality furnishings and all the amenities expected at a top class resort but with an added sense of privacy. The eat-on deck features stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and islands as well as the mountainside, town, and harbor of the island. We can have a local greeter meet you at the ferry dock if you desire, accompany you to the resort, and answer any questions you may have about the beautiful island of St. John.

The resort features traditional European and Caribbean architecture and modern amenities including swimming pool, hot tub, workout room, and extra large pool deck with ocean views. The location of the resort is unparalleled on the island. You will be located one hundred yards from quaint Cruz Bay town with its many restaurants and shops. Your immediate vicinity will allow access to many exciting and relaxing activities including fishing, sailing, scuba diving, spas, and day trips to neighboring islands. You can hike to the the most beautiful beaches, hire a taxi, or rent a car to explore the island.

This rental may have a parking space available on a first come, first serve basis and is only available with the rental of our Jeep Wrangler 4DR, contact us to check availability of the vehicle and a reserved parking space. If you have a vehicle the property manager will make every attempt to provide a parking space but it is not guaranteed without the rental of our vehicle. There are additional parking options in town close by if you rent a vehicle somewhere else. Video can be provided to show you the locations.

Great Location

Great location. Walking distant to restaurants, shopping and ferry. Will recommend to all that travel to St. John. Looking to stay here again next summer.

Great Stay in Living the Dream Studio

Comfy bed, excellent location and just the basics you need to have a fun time staying in Cruz Bay. The nice coolers and TON of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. at your disposal were probably the best we've ever had on St. John and were definitely a big plus of the unit. We found the king bed to be quite comfortable as well. Will definitely look at staying again in the future when we are back to visit.

We recently stayed in the Livin' the Dream Studio @ Grande Bay from Aug 12 - 17. Originally the trip was supposed to end on the 15th but due to Hurricane Erin we were forced to stay an additional 2 days.The Studio is exactly as advertised and couldn't be located in a better location when staying on St. John. Located within walking distance of every restaurant/shop/ferry station in Cruz Bay. Also located within waling distance of local cabs that can take you to any beautiful beach you desire to go to and restaurants like the Windmill Bar which has the best sunsets on island.Carey is also a great host who called me several days leading up to our trip to answer any questions and provided great tips on what we would want to do on island. He was also always available if we needed him and unfortunately because of the last day of our stay and the hurricane we needed to contact him more than either of us likely preferred, but he always answered and accommodated anything we possibly needed from him making what could have been a nightmare return home into a mini inconvenience. The island is beautiful and I can't imagine staying anywhere else on St. John! This is a must stay when visiting!

The floors were dirty and the vent in the ceiling of the bathroom there were 3 -4 mold spots. The beach items were worn and weathered. New items should be bought bc about half the items were not usable.

Great Stay - Even Better Setup

From the moment we booked to the moment we arrived, communication was constant and we were well prepared for our stay. The studio was perfect for my wife and 2 young kids. View from the balcony is beautiful and the room had everything we needed!

Great stay

We enjoyed our studio at Grande Bay. Since we really only drank coffee on the balcony, showered and slept there, it was perfect. Most of our time was out exploring the beautiful island of St John. Great location and studio had coffee pot, mini fridge and basic necessities. Only negative would be the peeling paint on the tiles in the bathroom, which didn’t bother me but might others. Overall, quaint studio and would stay again!

Cruz Bay condo

Stayed at the Grande Bay studio unit and it was wonderful! Property is everything as stated in the description - perfect location and easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and ferry. Condo has everything you need and has a great view. Property manager will arrange ferry pick up and give an overview of the property which is very helpful and a nice bonus. We were so sad to leave but we will be back!

Perfect location

The property was clean and well kept. Our studio had all the amenities we could have wished for. The location was perfect. It was only a 3-5 minute walk to Cruz Bay, restaurants and shopping. We used the pool and mini gym. They were both nice. Having Desmond (who works for the complex) pick us up at the ferry dock and then acclimate us to out studio and the general area was very helpful and worth it's weight in gold. This was our first experience e an ABnB and we'll certainly be doing it again.

Loved our first trip to St. John!

This place could not have been more perfect for me and my husband. Celebrated our 25th anniversary here, first time to St. John. When we go back, we will absolutely stay here again. This unit is newly, beautifully renovated - it was clean as can be. It's a studio which was perfect for the two of us. The view from our room was an ocean view, perfect for watching the sail boats and the ferry come and go. Also loved having a washer and dyer in our unit and the location was perfection. We rented a jeep from the owner, and explored the island and different beaches during the day. Every night, we walked around Cruz Bay shopping, eating at a new restaurant every night, and bar hopping. Communication from the owner was excellent, as they provided a guide and info for our stay before we arrived, as well as arranging for someone to pick us up from the ferry drop off and give us a ride to our place, which is actually within a short walking distance of the ferry drop off. The Jeep we rented was conveniently parked in our parking spot at Grande Bay, ready to go when we arrived, and easy to return. Everything went smoothly - I would not change one thing about this trip or where we stayed. We cannot wait to go back!!

Great location!

We appreciated the fact that this property is walking distance to most places we wanted to eat. So, the only driving we did was out to places to hike. Otherwise, to go shopping or grab a bite, we walked, which was perfect! The pool was a perfect temp and the fitness center was equipped with what we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot to enjoy St. John

Perfect spot and size unit for my husband and I to enjoy a few extra days on St. John. You can't go wrong with any unit in Grande Bay. Recommendations I would extend to the owner, there needs to be another mirror outside the bathroom, it's difficult for two people to get ready and both needing mirrors. It was great that there is an airfryer in the unit but we had no idea how to use it, so the owners manual would have been helpful. Otherwise all was perfect.

Great resort with beautiful views of Cruz Bay!

We own a time share at the Westin but enjoyed staying in the heart of Cruz Bay. Can’t get a better location to all the restaurants, bars and shopping! Owners were great and responsive to any questions we had.. very clean and updated unit. Highly recommend this spot!
