The Perfect Getaway was designed with your vacation experience in mind. This villa features 3,374 sq. ft of elegant living space with five incredible bedrooms including two fun bedrooms for the kids. While vacationing in this home, you will also have a private games room, extended south-facing pool deck with the best in outdoor furniture, and comfortable living spaces including a second-floor loft space. Your family will love being together with the privacy and all the best in amenities all in your home away from home.

Be greeted by an open concept living space perfect for your upcoming vacation. The living area has a modern decor, and comfortable seating for the family. The kitchen has state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and breakfast bar seating for 5. The dining area has seating for 6. There is also a kids corner with a chalk wall so the little ones can get creative while everyone is relaxing in the living area.

Step through the sliding glass doors to your own outdoor oasis. The extended south-facing pool deck that backs up to conservation area offering extra privacy is ideal for any vacation. Take a dip in your private pool with spillover spa or lounge by the pool with four sun loungers and a large relaxation sofa. The outdoor grill allows for you to dine outdoors anytime and there is outdoor seating for 6 around the table.

This villa has three master bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms. The kids will love having their own bedrooms. Your little princess can sleep well in their bedroom with custom carriage bunk bed. Your superhero can rest in the superhero bedroom with custom beds offering a hidden play area. Both rooms have two twin beds.

The entertainment options are endless in this villa. The games room features multiple gaming consoles including Wii U, PlayStation 4, and XBox, and four 48 inch TVs. Everyone can enjoy their own favorite game or you can challenge each other to Mario Kart while racing on your own TV. The second floor offers great additional seating space in the loft with a retro gaming table, and a foosball table.

• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
