As soon as you enter the home, you were greeted with a two-story entryway and a hallway that opens up to the downstairs living in entertaining areas. At the end of the hall, the home opens up to an open-concept kitchen that faces the rest of the living area and it's perfect for entertaining guests or setting up the holiday feast. The kitchen comes equipped with a built-in oven, gas range, stove, Keurig, standard coffee makers, and much more. The large counter bar area offers seating for forecast, which complements the formal dining table that seats another eight guests.

The living area is broken into two smaller living areas. One is set up with four chairs, and an ottoman perfect for taking in the scenes of the kids, splashing around out back in the pool, or simply relaxing and reading a book on the other side of the living room. Guess will find comfort in two sofas where they can sit back and enjoy their favorite show or movie on the 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV with cable and sound bar, there are two ceiling fans in this room to help keep the breeze moving.

Perhaps one of the best features of this home is the extended back patio area that gives guests more room than the average home to spread out relax and enjoy their vacation under the Florida sun. Guests will find a covered outdoor dining area with seating for six guests, as well as a natural gas grill and an outdoor ceiling fan to keep guests comfortable. Soak up the rays in one of the seven lounge chairs wrapping around the pool, or catch a little shade under one of several umbrellas. An outdoor bistro area for two is perfect for that morning coffee and watching hot air balloons fly by before everybody wakes up. For those looking to get wet, the private pool with spill-over spa is going to be a place where you'll spend many hours of your vacation!

Back inside, the home guests will find their private game room located in the front of the house. This game room comes equipped with a full-size pool table, shuffleboard, and multi-game-arcade game, as well as a wall-mounted smart TV with cable. Custom murals surrounding the room will have guests feel like they've been immersed in the scenes of one of our great American superheroes.

The downstairs also has a full-size washer and dryer for guest use as well as a half bathroom. The single downstairs bedroom is a king master. This bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV, additional seating, and a ceiling fan for comfort. The bathroom offers a walk-in closet, double vanity, and a large shower.

Upstairs, guess we'll find the remaining four bedrooms as well as the upstairs living area. At the top of the stairs, guests will find a second living room equipped with a 60-inch wall-mounted smart TV with cable and Xbox for a guest to enjoy. A large sofa provides plenty of space to spread out in additional beanbags are perfect for the little ones to relax. The loft also has a desk workstation with a chair for those needing to get some work done or have a little quiet time.

The final bedroom is the upstairs back king master. This oversize bedroom has a large walk-in closet, private balcony overlooking the pool and conservation space as well as a wall-mounted smart TV and ceiling fan. The bedroom also has an additional chair which is great for relaxing, changing, or just sitting back to watch TV. The large master bathroom features an oversized tub, double vanity, and separate shower.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
