This top floor unit at Sunray Meadows offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on 1 level. On the free bus route and just a few miles from the ski base. This condo comes fully stocked to settle right in after a long day skiing or hiking. The home is located on the top level of the complex with 2 private decks.

A large sitting area around the gas fireplace and flat screen T.V. The dining area seats 4 with a walkout sliding glass door to the private deck.

The kitchen features all full-size stainless appliances and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The mudroom off the hall has a full-size washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed with a sliding glass door and private deck. The attached master bathroom was a bathtub and shower combo. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a full bathroom in the hall with a bathtub and shower combo.

This unit has a detached 1 car heated garage perfect for the snowy days. A couple miles away from shops, restaurants, and activities!
