This is a wonderful house! Four large, super cute bedrooms, beautiful living room with plenty of room for everyone, and an extra family room downstairs if you need to spread out. We had a great stay. Very comfortable! I would highly recommend this house!

We stayed here for University of Iowa family weekend! The house is very spacious! We didnt spend much time using the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. The neighborhood is nice! Located very close to Hy-Vee, starbucks, and scooters! Easy check in and check out!

Comfortable Convenient and Dog Friendly

This was a very comfortable house. The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs and it was a short walk to the Indian Creek Trail. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was well stocked. We would stay there again!

Overall the house is very clean. We didn’t have enough towels for everyone to shower after saying there were 9 of us and the driveway was icy and snow was not removed.

Quiet neighborhood home

The property was clean & met the basic needs for our annual family get together. House was clean & located in quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival, there was overflowing trash beside garage. Digital thermostat had heat setting only, no cool setting option available. House temp was 75 degrees. Management quickly responded when notified of trash & thermostat. Trash was quickly removed. However, the thermostat could not be fixed via app so was not repaired during our stay which made for a warm house. Good location close to shopping, restaurants.

Basic VRBO Rental

This is a spacious home with four bedrooms and two very nice common areas with big televisions. It's an older home but was well built. The decor is eclectic with a wall full of crosses & some Native American items. While we didn't use it much, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with cooking necessities. The backyard is somewhat fenced (big enough for a dog to escape gaps in some places).We stay in 6 to 8 short term rentals each year due to work and this one is best considered "Basic." The key to the home is kept in a wonky spot and I found difficult to open. For 4 bedrooms, there were only four bath towels provided and no facial tissues which are personal pet peeves.I left a VM on the management number provided as well as a message on VRBO but received no reply. I left another VM message on VRBO three hours later and got a return call.The owner argued with me over the need for more bath towels and insisted that no one has ever asked her for facial tissues (she apparently owns 5 rental properties). She did arrange for two more bath towels to be delivered but refused to provide facial tissue.As I was taking a shower, I noticed dead bugs in the bathroom dome light, mentioned it to her during our conversation and she said the cleaning people aren't responsible for that. I'm not sure who is responsible for those types of issues but it's still not good.There's lots of space to spread out in this unit but beware of cleanliness and communication issues.
