The location is perfect as it’s just minutes to the Charlotte Motor Speedway, PNC Amphitheater, Concord Mills Mall, University City area and less than 20 minutes to uptown Charlotte. Conveniently located right off I-85 and 485. Enjoy 2 living rooms, 6 dining areas, 4 themed bedrooms, & a game room.

The Space:
Houses like this are super rare to come by. This home was carefully curated for guests to enjoy during all seasons of the year.

Outdoor area:
The backyard features an outdoor pool surrounded by a tiki hut (with refrigerator & bar), a screened kitchenette (sink, stove & dining table), grill, fire pit, shower, and plenty of seating. Attached to the back of home are 2 screened-in rooms; 1 of those rooms includes a dining table for 6, TV and mini fridge. There are 2 outdoor TVs to watch your favorite game. The various and plentiful seating includes a dining table for 6 inside the screened kitchenette, a tiki bar, a picnic table with umbrella, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and more. There are also a lit deck an outdoor shower. The backyard is fenced in for additional privacy. Let’s not forget the front yard too; there is a basketball goal on the driveway. And if you want to extend the fun, just open the garage door to offer ping pong and foosball!

Inside is just as amazing as the outside. You won’t miss any of your favorite sports, as there are 5 TVs on the main floor and 4 TVs upstairs.

Main level features:

Living Rooms: There are two living rooms on the main floor. The first living rooms is off the main dining room and features a large screen smart TV with DVD player. The second living room features is own private area with large smart TV and access to the sun room.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a culinary masterpiece and to entertain your friends and family. There is plenty of countertop space, as well as a spacious pantry closet. There is a large screen smart TV in the kitchen, and even the refrigerator features a TV that is connected to the internet.

Dining Room: The dining room is off the kitchen and features an elegant glass table for 6 and features a smart TV. Need even more space? The dining room connects with an outdoor screened-in dining area via a sliding glass door. There is also additional dining options via the breakfast nook in the kitchen area. If that’s not enough and you really want to spread out, sit on the barstools at the tiki bar or at the picnic table or at the table inside the screened kitchenette. Overall, you have 6 dining options!

Downstairs bathroom: There is a half bath between the kitchen and entrance.

Garage: The garage features a ping pong table, foosball table, chairs, and full size fridge. The ping pong and foosball tables may be moved over to accommodate parking for 1 car.

Upstairs:

Bedrooms: There are 4 themed bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features the North Carolina mountains. The bunk room features Charlotte. The blue room features North Carolina. And the purple room features the many coastal attractions in North Carolina. The master bedroom includes: a queen bed, vaulted ceiling with fan, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, multiple lighting options and a smart TV. Its bathroom includes: a dual vanity, shower and a garden tub. Its walk-in closet includes a mini crib, iron and board. The bunk room includes: 2 sets of twin-size bunk beds, smart TV, loveseat, 3 work stations, play nook, reading nook, full length mirror and closet. The 3rd room, the blue room, includes: a full bed, smart TV, work station and closet. The 4th room, the purple room, includes: a full bed, closet and full length mirror. All the bedrooms, except the bunk room, have lamps with USB ports.

Bathrooms: There is a full bath with a shower/tub combination in the upstairs hallway. The second full bath is off the master bedroom that features dual vanity sink, soaking tub and shower.

Play Nook: This tiny space is shared with the work stations, in a small room off the bunk room. It includes a play grocery stand, children’s books and toys.

Pool: Open from April to September (weather pending). There is no child safety fence. Please use extreme caution. Use pool area at own risk and watch over anyone who does not know how to swim, especially children. Owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries from using pool area.

Guest Access:
You have access to everything in the home & yard except:
Owner closet upstairs
Owner closet in kitchen
Owner closet (storage cabinet) in garage

These owner closets are labeled, locked and not to be tampered with. They are only accessible to the owners and cleaners. Any theft will be reported to the police and Airbnb/Vrbo/BDC.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a welcoming Charlotte neighborhood, our Tiki Hut home provides a wonderful mix of peace and convenience. Discover lots of great restaurants and local shops, all nearby. This neighborhood offers a calm place to relax while still being close to everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located near major attractions, this property offers easy access to various destinations. Northlake Mall is just a short 8-10 minute drive (approximately 5 miles), while Concord Mills is about 10-12 minutes away (around 7 miles). For those interested in motorsports, the Charlotte Motor Speedway is a quick 8-10 minute trip (about 5 miles). Music lovers can reach the PNC Music Pavilion in 8-10 minutes (roughly 5 miles), and nature enthusiasts can enjoy Mallard Creek Park within 5-7 minutes (about 3 miles). Free parking is available on the street.

Other Things to Note:
*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact us first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog (or cat). The pet fee is a non-refundable $150, and the fine is $450. Pet waste must be properly disposed of.

*Parties*
This is NOT a house for parties. We want you to enjoy time with your own guests staying at the home with you. We kindly ask to keep music, conversation, and TV at a peaceful noise level to respect the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays. This is strictly enforced.

*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests may smoke on the deck or front patio but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors. No smoking in any of the screened enclosures.

*Parking*
There is room for 4 cars on the driveway. Please keep cars on the driveway. Party guests have had their vehicles towed.

*Lost & Found*
We know things can sometimes get left behind! If you realize you’ve forgotten something after checking out, just reach out to us. We’re happy to help search for your item and arrange shipping. There’s a $25 handling fee, plus the cost of shipping. Our cleaner will provide a receipt and handle payment directly. Let us know how we can assist!

Interaction with Guests:
You will be able to contact us via DM by VRBO app. Upon arrival, you will also have our phone numbers from the Guest Binder. Please call/text for urgent matters.
