We have access to some of the best contractors/maintenance teams in the area, and will not hesitate to pull out that arsenal of help when we need fixes in a property. From plumbing to carpet cleaning, landscaping to decorating; we have someone to call for the job and exceed normal standards in doing so.

Cleaning never goes under par as we put 110% care into recognizing the importance of it from a traveler, owner, and outside source stand point. We use exceptional products on top of a great attention to detail and will go above and beyond to make sure that the property is impeccably clean time and time again.

We offer 100% management for owners, from taking an initial rental call, to providing access to the taxes in the area that the owner must disperse by using their owners console access. We provide owners with recommendations that we suggest will attract more attention to the property. Owners are provided with exceptional photos from DAVPhotography which shows the beauty that exists at the property. By maximizing advertising that goes with having a vacation rental, we post to major sites like VRBO, Facebook, and more!

This property offers it all! Mature landscaping, gated parking, heated pool, pool-house, outdoor shower, direct beach access, and clean property grounds. The Grande Surf Club has only two units per floor and is extremely QUIET AND PRIVATE! Upon entry to the property, you are greeted with wonderful decor, and the sounds of calming music playing through the 'property-wide surround sound system'. All three large bedrooms are equipped with large cable TV's, king size beds, large closets, and tasteful decor. The second bedroom has a full size attached bath. The second full bath has a walk-in shower, and the master bath is equipped with large jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower with in-wall jets, separate toilet room, and his/her vanities. All bathrooms are stocked with basic linens! There is a separate utility room with full size washer/dryer. The large kitchen is wonderful with an island, stainless steel appliances, and stocked for anything you would want to cook up! The eat-in kitchen offers magnificent views of the Gulf as well, and breakfast bar that seats 4. The large dining area seats 6! The wonderful large living area is equipped with a desk, free WiFi, fireplace, HUGE cable TV, tasteful decor, and glorious views of the Gulf! The living area and master bedroom both have access to the HUGE wrap-around balcony! The master bedroom has a king size bed, large cable TV, and more wonderful decor. This is surely a property you will remember for a long time and you will wish to come back year and year again. Most of our renters are return customers from years prior and say that they have never stayed in such a wonderful place!! This condo is definitely a gem!

My limited vocabulary will not allow me to express how much we liked this condo. Very clean, spacious, located in the center of all the best restaurants and attractions, parking space about twenty feet from the elevator (no long walk to parking space or trouble finding a place close to the door). Just get off the elevator and into your vehicle. Fast long waits, very secure with the codes on the gates and elevator, elevator very close to the beach (no long walk carrying your beach equipment), and the beach was never crowded like it is at the large condo complexes, very nice pool that was never crowded like at the large condo complexes. Kitchen equipped to make anything. Lots and lots of room for seating at tables, and in the living room. Air conditioning was perfect (I like it cold). Comfortable beds, super large closets, and the extra large master bathroom was the best (very large jetted tub, very, very large shower. Well insulated between rooms. We had a four month old infant with us who makes more noise, more often than most babies that age. I could sleep late every day, and just barely hear the baby crying in the living room and on the balcony. It did not wake me up. I could not hear the TV in the living room. I have tried to think of at least one thing I did not like about this condo, and I cannot. Large balcony with plenty of seating. I know where we will be staying in PCB from now on if Mr. Volker will have us again. I am sixty six years old, and I have been vacationing in PCB for all my life, and I have stayed at some very nice places, but this is the best place I have ever stayed in PCB. Grade: 100 %

A Great Place to Stay

I loved this property because:

1. It was very spacious with plenty of room for our whole family.

2. It had a fantastic view of the beach.

3. It was not crowded at the complex even at the end of June...the property only has 28 condos on site.

4. It had 3 baths and 3 bedrooms...all with king size beds.

5. it had a well supplied kitchen.

6. it had very stylish but functional furniture.

7. It had easy beach access.

8. Deja View rental company especially Derek was very helpful and communicated with me frequently.

There is only one drawback to this property and that is the parking. They have a very limited parking area and it does not have enough handicapped spaces.

It is one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed at Panama City Beach and I have been coming her for over 25 years. It was a great place to stay.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Thanks Derrek at DeJa View Property Mgmnt. for a fabulous week in this gorgeous condo! This was our second year at Grand Surf Club and unit 10-E did not disappoint! Very spacious, king-size beds in all three rooms including ensuite bathrooms. Nicely decorated, extremely clean and a well-stocked kitchen. The best feature is the expansive balcony overlooking the pristine Gulf of Mexico. Great place for coffee and cocktails! Garage/on-site parking makes loading and unloading a breeze! The beach in front of the condo is never crowded and we are always able to find ample, right on the surf space for 6 beach chairs and umbrellas no matter what time of day we choose to head down. Highly recommend Grand Surf Club. Ask for Derrek when making your arrangements. You won't be sorry!

Super Rental!!!! Can't wait for next year.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place was very clean and appeared to have been renovated recently. The view was outstanding. Having a private (or at least mostly) beach area was really cool. We realized this when we walked down the beach and saw how some of the other condo's/hotels, have people crammed in like sardines, not here at all, plenty of room to spread out a tent, and beach chairs play in sand, throw footballs etc. without worrying about distracting others. All access is key coded, so not need to keep up with keys which was really cool. When there try "Dat Cajun Place", they had reasonably priced food, and was like true CAJUN food. The owners/staff were very nice and easy to contact if a need arose. The parking is right next to elevator and almost never waited on it. Bring your own beach chair and umbrellas as there are none provided, but we always plan for that so this was not an issue.

It's hard to find a full 3 bedroom 3 bath unit on the beach. ..well look no further! This is the one! Beautifully decorated, open floor plan, we loved the stereo available throughout the unit! Hot water in the showers was great, (some know about the water as everyone gets ready to go out at the same time!) The only thing we could suggest they do something about, is the first bedroom on the left as you come in the front door, seems to be a queen size bed, as "kings" were noted in all three bedrooms, also, the mattress pad was part "plastic" which made for a noisy and hot sleep. Hopefully, with this review, they will look into that! Otherwise, our stay at 10E was lovely! Everyone we met, either in the elevator, or at the pool were very nice...some were owners who lived there, others were vacationing. Lots of things you may need within walking distance. ..

Again, Derek was great to work with, if we had a question, we just sent him an email, and he responded immediately!
