Come unwind in this newly renovated, luxury beachfront condo. You'll have everything you need to ensure your vacation is full of comfort and relaxation. With access to the balcony, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the emerald coast and sugar sands beach. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condo offers the perfect amount of space for you to enjoy quality time with your family. This newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare meals to enjoy while looking over the Gulf. In the primary bedroom, you will find a king bed and an en suite bathroom that features a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom boasts a king-size bed and the 3rd bedroom features a full bed and twin bunks. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guest. Parking notes: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking lot is outside the building. Guests may park in any spot There is a max of 2 vehicles per unit. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats, or Trailers.

Condo was full of upgrades with finishes in kitchen and bathrooms and furnishings were fresh and modern with a beachy vibe. Loved the views and spacious gathering areas! On-site gas grills were ideal too!

Refrigerator was not working on Sunday when we arrived. A new refrigerator was delivered on Wednesday. Property manager was in contact daily. I would stay in this unit again.
