Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and take advantage of amenities like heating, AC, a washing machine, dyer and WiFi. Grill out & enjoy the large, fenced in backyard. Located 2 short miles to Englewood beach & the gorgeous island of Boca Grande is only a 15 min drive. Bring your boat & launch at the numerous boat ramps as close as 1 mile away, with space for your boat trailer on premises. The home is equipped with 4 beach chairs, corn hole, fire pit, game room and more! It’s a fantastic location to downtown & a walk to the local YMCA. Cute place by the beach! The house was super cute inside and spacious! If you’re looking for a quieter beach to search for shark teeth I blind pass beach! Would come back again :)

Very clean with many amenities. Loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs. Owner was very assessable. Quiet neighborhood but town nearby. We enjoyed biking the area. Relaxing time.
