Spotlessly clean house, spacious enough for our family of 5. We loved the private pool and hot tub. Close to lots of activities. Excellent and attentive host. Quick easy check in and out. The beds were very comfortable. Great overall experience. Would stay again.

The house was very nice.

When we walked in it smelled like cigarettes really strong especially on the screened in porch. The pool was down 2 ft and was dirty. The pool guy came and turned water on but never cleaned pool. The refrigerator was turned down to lowest temperature and still froze everything in the refrigerator so we had to throw everything away.

Host was very responsive. Check-in was easy. Great location to hike the Florida trail. Also a great location to ride paved trails or walk on a portion of the Florida Greenway. This location is in close proximity to the Santos trails and Silver Springs State Park. House was clean and well maintained inside. Prior complaints about the refrigerator freezing food was accurate. However, we worked with the host and appliance repairman to fix the refrigerator while we were there. The refrigerator has been fixed and is working properly. The pool and hot tub were unusable during our stay.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it's super quiet and close enough to town that it's quick and easy to get anything, but also away from any hustle and bustle. There's tons of hiking and mountain biking trails within a few miles, and a lot of state parks, springs, and forests to explore.

What makes this property unique

This is my vacation home, not just a rental property. I put very nice beds, bedding, furniture, utensils, etc in the house....the stuff *I* want to have when I'm there. Also a 65" OLED smart TV for when you feel like staying in. You'll have all the creature comforts of home!
