Hi, thanks for looking into the sweet home at 1766 Carmona Ave. I have been taking care of the property since I bought it in 2011. I live in the rear house on this property, and in addition to managing this rental property, I am a psychologist and teacher of psychology at a nearby university.

I chose this neighborhood because of its central location. I used to commute to Culver City, West Hollywood, and Westwood, and I had a very manageable commute in any direction. I also like the cultural diversity of the area and the cafes and restaurants nearby (on Pico and West Adams for example). I also like how walkable the neighborhood.

What's unique about this property is that it's an actual free standing house--no one on top of you or below, and no shared walls. The landscaping offers a sense of green and lushness that a lot of people appreciate. It's also pet friendly, and the house is situated on a quiet cul de sac, so the street gets very little car traffic There is free street parking in front of the house. And if for any reason street parking isn't easy, you're free to use the driveway as a backup.
