Kitchen is fully equipped ,quartzite countertop, high end appliances glass cook top, built in oven with microwave, side by side refrigerator, and dishwasher. Other features include: bar area with wine cooler; built in computer desk next to beautiful stone fireplace; 52" HDTV above fireplace ,DVD player; game room with billiard pool and electronic dartboard for great family nights where 4 spectators can sit at pub table; master bedroom with king size bed and 32" HDTV with DVD player; master bathroom with whirlpool tub, large shower, and walk in closet; second bedroom with queen size bed; third bedroom with two twin beds; and two-car attached garage. The house is located in north Carrollton only minutes away from all major highways, shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. Close to DFT airport and DART. Walking distance to Rosemeade Recreational Center and Rainforest Aquatic Complex. Daily and weekly stays also available.
