Beautiful, clean house within a short walk to the beach and within a mile of restaurants and shops. Perfect size for our family of six. Loved sitting on the porch, beach was gorgeous and not crowded. All kitchen appliances and laundry worked great. Only has a charcoal grill.

Beautiful house and location, very clean. We had the best vacation. This house is located blocks from the beach and close to local stores and food trucks. We walked everyday to the beach. Peaceful, laid back neighborhood.

Really enjoyed our stay! Pros: The house felt “homey”. Perfect layout for our family of 6. Walking distance to the beach and several food trucks.We ended up renting a golf cart and was able to get around town with ease.Kitchen was fully stocked!Outdoor shower was a life saver! Con’s: Only two very minor complaints (if you even want to call them that) was there was a large wasp nest off the front set of stairs and my youngest ended up getting stung pretty good so we ended up using the back stair case.Also, it would have been a huge bonus to have beach towels provided so that we didn’t have to purchase any or pack them from home.Over all, I would highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful and the view to the beach was fantastic. The open concept living room and kitchen made spending time together in the evenings perfect. The short walk to the beach was nice and we were able to enjoy the time there as well. The covered outside was great to store bikes and all the beach games. The entrance to the laundry room was a great thing to keep all dirt and sand in one spot. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Great 4th of July!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in perfect shape when we arrived. We had an easy check in and were able to even add a day last minute. That process was easy and the rental company communicated quickly. The house was very comfy and had all the kitchen accessories we need to cook dinners at the house. Beds were comfy. The house would shake a little if someone was walking, you could feel it if you were in bed, but that didn’t detour our stay. Great location with not much traffic on this street because it does not link to all the other side streets and as of now you even have a small view of the ocean from the deck of the house.

Perfect getaway

Quiet family friendly neighborhood, super easy access to the very uncrowded beach, house was cleaner than any we have stayed in, the covered parking was a huge plus. 100% recommend.

Summer vacation

We absolutely enjoyed it with in walking distance of the beach and can see the ocean from the house. The only downside was there is not very many places to go eat at. Mango Marley’s was a great restaurant and close by

Great Stay

This property was very clean and like new! A short walk to the beach for our family of 5. Close proximity to food trucks, gift and sweets / coffee shops. The rental included a credit with a local beach gear company so our beach cart and tent was delivered and waiting for us to use when we arrived. Saved valuable room when packing for the trip!

Good location when bringing a boat. Couldn't hear people walking by 24/7. Plenty of room for 4. If you can't drop the A/C below 72 without it freezing up, there's something wrong. It's undersized, dirty filter or coils, or low on freon. Minimum temperature of 72 was on the house rules.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of six has been visiting Mexico Beach for 15+ years now and it's always a great experience. This trip was no different. We use to stay in a smaller home next to the one we rented this trip before hurricane Michael destroyed it so we knew the area well. It's a very short walk to the beach and a few restaurants like Killer Seafood and TK Hibachi are only a couple minute walk too.The house itself was great. It offered everything my family and I would want. It also offers a great view of the ocean as well as the sunset. :) The house was very clean, instructions and helpful documentation was easy to follow, and the property company the owner goes through was very professional and communicated with me when appropriate.It's definitely on our list of houses to rent again on future visits!

This house lovely place in a great location — quiet, comfortable, and well-suited for a relaxing stay. It felt like it hadn’t had guests for a little while, but overall, it was clean and welcoming once we got settled in.That said, a few small miscommunications kept it from being a five-star experience. We had some trouble getting in on the first day — the entry code didn’t work, and it took about 20 minutes to get a response, which feels long when you’ve just arrived with a car full of groceries. Once inside, we realized there was no running water, so we had to locate and turn on the water main ourselves.We also ended up making a trip to the local hardware store to buy a coffee pot. The pre-visit info mentioned bringing coffee and filters, but the house only had a Keurig. Not a big deal, but something to note since stores aren’t nearby. Lastly, all the written materials (in the house and ahead of time) referred to a gas grill — and cautioned not to use charcoal — but when we went to grill dinner, it turned out to be a charcoal grill after all. We opted for ordering pizza instead. Again, not major issues, just a few little inconsistencies that added up.Overall, we really enjoyed the home and the location, and with a few updates to communication and amenities, it would be a 5 star review.

We have stayed at this house twice in the last couple years and both times have been excellent. My family and I always have a great time in Mexico Beach and the house is a nice perk.Pros:- The A/C is great in the house- There's more than enough space for my family of 6- It's a quiet area and perfect for families- It's in an easy walking distance to the beachCons:- The master bed could be a bit more comfortable and larger. Coming from a King size bed at home to something smaller is an adjustment. It's not the most comfortable bed but no major complaint really.- Unfortunately you're given a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towel, etc for a family of my size (6 people). We learned from the last trip to bring our own supplies so not to have to purchase it later.
