There is a lot of history and great restaurants to dine at nearby. Don't forget to check out The Strand, in downtown Galveston. Or take the family out to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, or Pleasure Pier.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The house was very clean and well taken care of. The host was very responsive and answered right away whenever I had a question. It’s a nice house and I would definitely recommend staying here.

10 out of 10. Awesome house. Modern, clean and comfortable. Everything you need, even provided beach towels. Great outdoor space in the backyard. Fire pit and corn hole is a nice touch. Great location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to a nice little neighborhood dive bar. Across the street from a small bodega style convenience store. We will definitely be adding this to our favorites.

Just kidding, there was no bad or ugly, only good. Beautiful renovated home in a great, central location. Would stay again without reservations!

This property and Host are a savior! We actually had just checked into a different VRBO but noticed the host of that location posted out dated pictures, and did not include the fact that mildew and mold had grown everywhere from the vents to inside the fridge to the bedroom and bathroom the walls! So the same night we requested to stay here and within a very short time the host approved the request on very short notice, had this location cleaned the very next morning and contacted us to let us check in sooner then what was listed (we told him about the current state of the other vrbo) So we were very grateful! Once there we were pleasantly surprised to see and smell how clean everything was, a very well maintained property, fenced in yard that the kids enjoyed, plenty of rooms and upgraded appliances. Turn what was starting to become a nightmare into one of our best stays on Galveston Island! So a huge thank you to Andrew (our host) we enjoyed the stay and will come back to you and recommend all family and friends as well!
