Property is in a convenient location.Flooring is in serious disrepair.We set up the cushions on the lawn furniture. Looked like a wind storm blew things around. Well appointed nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. With some exterior cleaning & maintenance this could be a very cute house.

To begin the listing says 3 bedrooms, in reality it is 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch (stained and worn couch) with a paper thin mattress. I feel let down, the pictures depict a cute beach house but instead the house felt neglected and more of a landlord special vibe. The outdoor furniture was busted, the washing machine had mold in the lining, the floorboards were lifting/wavy in areas(tried hiding it with a rug in the living room) and the ceiling vents were dirty or rusted. I paid an extra cleaning fee to have my pets with my family so I expected a clean house but that isn’t how it felt. We stayed for 3 nights and made it work but the house needs to be seriously cleaned and brought back to the standard the photos in the listing lead you to expect because that is not what my family experienced.

My family loved our stay at this wonderful house. Everything was comfortable and beautifully decorated. My kids loved playing the arcade game in the kitchen (ok, I did too!). It was conveniently close to the beach, and the host was responsive and kind. Would visit again!

Girls’ Weekend

After a short glitch (mostly due to app issues and my overcrowded email inbox) we got into the house and had a really great weekend! A few more friends and family joined us for the day on Saturday for a shrimp and crab boil and a beach trip.

Great House

We loved this rental. The house was really clean and it was well kept with trendy finishes. The location was perfect as well. The beach and a number of restaurants were easily walkable. The owner had great communication and was very helpful. Would definitely return to this one.
