Be weary of location

The management was good and helpful, had no water in first unit they moved me to another, however be very weary of location... Not a safe neighborhood, heard multiple street fights and drug deals going on around the property. Very unsafe and sketchy area

Horrible place

There was no working water in my room. The owner sent me to another room to shower and it didnt have any working hot water. The location is in the worst part of town.
