Ocean block, ocean view condo with an outdoor pool - just steps to the beach and Atlantic Ocean and perfectly located on 90th St.! Enjoy the ocean view and relax in the bar height adirondack chairs on the beautiful balcony! You'll love the tasteful decor and recent updates this condo offers, including quartz kitchen counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a blender, and three coffee pots just to name a few. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo has large living, dining and kitchen areas so you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourselves. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has pyramid style bed with a double/full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. The condo also has high speed internet/wifi, central A/C and a full-sized washer and dryer. There's also cable TV and Smart TVs (you can login with your login credentials) in the living room and both bedrooms. This fourth floor condo comes with two unassigned parking spaces and the building has an elevator. Island Cabana is centrally located and is close to restaurants, bars, shopping, mini golf etc. It's the perfect spot for your next getaway!

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $146.65. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.

It’s the little things.

We have stayed in this condo building before and liked it. The unit was very nice and met our needs. We are there mainly for the beach/ocean time. We were glad for a comfortable place to relax in the evening.We would rent here again.The only condo building complaint we have is that there are two racks to use for loading and transporting luggage and other items to and from the parking garage to and from your condo. While we were there, it was evident that owners/guests found it acceptable to take the carts to their units and not return them as soon as unloaded for the use of others. The were not available at all Friday night. We assume someone had taken them to their room for morning use, not returning them so others could make use of them. That is very selfish. We, therefore, spent more than an hour lugging our belongings down to our car without the benefit of the racks. Short of knocking on doors, there is no way to locate them.Maybe a sign to be posted in the elevator area or attached to each cart, that that the racks are for everyone’s use and should be loaded and immediately unloaded and returned to the elevator area so others can use them. This benefits everyone equally if this rule is followed by all.
