📻 Road Noise: Please note that the main county road runs nearby, so you might hear some road noise on the front porch. However, the house is well insulated, and inside remains peaceful and quiet.
🚗 Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway can be a bit narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.
🏡 Rural Georgia Charm: This home is nestled in rural Georgia, offering a peaceful, slower pace of life. You'll enjoy beautiful natural landscapes, wildflowers, and a mix of restored and newly built homes. However, like many rural areas, you may also encounter less polished aspects, such as cars in yards or trailer homes
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept 3 level home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, only while including smaller children. This amount of people ONLY works when using the toddler bed and/or pac-n-play for the last few guests. An additional $10 per person/ per night (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6.
🚗🔑 Garage Access: Not used for guests vehicles, used as the game room.
🅿️Parking Limit: Up to 4 regular-sized cars or 2 cars and 1 oversized vehicle. Parking is only allowed on the pavement. Those who drive off the black pavement will incur a fee to lawn repair.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, etc.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

This place was equipped better than any VRBO home we've stayed in before. It felt like staying in someone's home instead of just borrowing a cheap rental property that people did minimal upkeep on. It was very easy to cook for our large family with the kitchen gear supplied. Being able to fit everyone at the table together was a huge bonus.The driveway was not at all difficult for our minivan to maneuver up and we appreciated the woodsy scenery around the house.I was also pleasantly surprised that the downstairs had so many Lord of the Rings references. I'd only noticed one picture in the description online, but you can tell the owners have a soft spot for Tolkien when you walk through the downstairs. Our eldest called that bedroom right away! We also played the LoTR board game they provided at the house two nights in a row.We hope to stay again the next time we are in the area. Absolutely would recommend!
