Located inside the beautiful greens and fairways of Perdido Bay Country Club. Spread out in this 3BR/2Ba updated townhouse with full kitchen, patio, grill and big screen TVs in every room to watch the games. Men, enjoy a round of golf at any of the nearby golf courses, while the women go into Pensacola for a little shopping. Meet back up to soak in some salty vibes and watch the sun set on the beautiful white sand beaches of Johnson Beach or Perdido Key Beach. You are merely minutes away from the Pensacola nightlife, amazing restaurants and plenty of fun things for the kiddos. Don't feel like dressing up or going out? Pick up something from the nearby grocery stores and cook in your full-size kitchen or throw something on the grill and enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail on the patio. You may get lucky and see the amazing Blue Angels flying around practicing their aeronautical stunts. They are truly something else to see. We have brand new appliances throughout. And you can even get a head start on laundry BEFORE you go home with the full size washer and dryer. But if you are wondering what sleeping would look like, upstairs is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with two vanity sinks, and a full tub/shower. There are two double beds in one room and two single beds in the other. Both rooms have TV's that are connected to WI-FI and you can stream your favorite shows or gaming on them. The downstairs bedroom has a Queensize bed with en-suite bathroom that includes a stand alone shower. The Florida Sun Room has a queen size sofa sleeper and bean bag chair bed, which is perfect (and preferred sleeping among kids). There is a dining table that seats 8 in the living/dining area and another high-top table in the kitchen which seats 4. A separate coffee bar with a regular drip pot and a Keurig single serve for single cup coffee, tea or iced coffees. Get ready to relax in the big rocker recliner and watch the game on the oversize TV in the living room. Wi-Fi is available

Great place to vacation

Everything that makes a great vacation, you'll find therefore I'll just add a couple things that aren't complaints but things you should know. Travel times in the area are doubled due to people not understanding turn signals and round a boutsIf you like really hot showers, use the upstairs shower. The main level shower never got really hot.

The place is great! Honestly only a 4 star because the railing on the stairs are placed too far apart for my comfort with my toddlers. My toddlers could have put their whole bodies out between the railings, so safety was nerve-wracking because of my kids’ personalities. One day we blocked the stairs with a chair so my toddlers would stop going up the stairs.
