The Space:
This thoughtfully selected canal-front duplex is located on Marina Road in Orange Beach and offers one side of a well-maintained waterfront property. Designed for comfort and easy coastal living, the home features updated interiors, flexible sleeping arrangements, and access to a range of outdoor amenities suited for families and boating enthusiasts.
Inside, the living space has been refreshed with a brand-new kitchen, updated flooring, and designer-selected furnishings that create a clean, modern feel. The open layout allows for easy movement between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it simple to gather after a day on the water.
Sleeping arrangements are spread across two levels. On the main floor, a queen bedroom and full bathroom provide convenient access for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Upstairs, a second queen bedroom and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk share a full bathroom, offering a comfortable setup for children or additional guests. An alcove with two twin beds adds extra sleeping space and leads into the primary bedroom, which includes a private ensuite bathroom for added privacy.
Outdoor amenities are a highlight of this canal-front setting. Guests have access to two 50-foot boat slips and a peaceful gazebo overlooking the canal. Shared amenities also include a heated pool (available for an additional fee and subject to weather conditions), an astro-turf putting green, a fire pit, and a fish cleaning station. These shared spaces are designed to support relaxed days outdoors and time together by the water.
