Great communication and a very clean, convenient, and comfortable property. Location was good for our trip that included Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Quiet part of town for very restful nights. Our planned day trip to Grand Canyon north rim was cancelled because of recent fires, but there was a great notebook of things to do in the property, so we were easily able to find replacement activities.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in a residential area that is away from the busyness of town. The eastern views overlook the horizon which includes Jackson Flat Reservoir. Views in any direction include beautiful Southern Utah red cliffs.

What makes this property unique

There is a stunning private balcony, a shared deck which includes a hot tub and bbq grill, and a beautiful grassy area that is perfect for playing or relaxing. The backyard includes a covered patio and outdoor games.
