We grew up in and around Kanab. We love the area and raised our children here. We love to share our home with friends - old and new.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in a residential area that is away from the busyness of town. The eastern views overlook the horizon which includes Jackson Flat Reservoir. Views in any direction include beautiful Southern Utah red cliffs.
What makes this property unique
There is a stunning private balcony, a shared deck which includes a hot tub and bbq grill, and a beautiful grassy area that is perfect for playing or relaxing. The backyard includes a covered patio and outdoor games.
