Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking.
Security Deposit Required of $750. Deposit to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card.

This property is an excellent option for large groups looking for a nice place to stay together in the Grand Rapids area. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and there's so many recreational opportunities in the area. Would highly recommend this property!

Incredible Country Retreat

This home was incredible, far exceeding our expectations. We absolutely loved everything about it. The home is stunning, in a beautiful setting with everything you could need and some very thoughtful touches. Our host was lovely and the communication was clear and timely. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend. Definitely a five star stay.
