Comfortable 3 bedroom cape cod style home

Property is in a very good location. It butts up to Sherrys Arm public access on the south end of Pokegama for convenient launching. A very good fishing lake, along with other lakes close by. Pokegama is also a great recreational lake with gorgeous sand beaches on the public islands. There are two restaurants on the lake (The Pickeled Loon and Zorbaz) with adult beverages. Zorbaz has gas. There are Two golf courses within Ten minutes. Grand Rapids is just a few minutes away for all your entertainment and supply needs. Explore the Iron Range. Hop on the snowmobile trail just across the bay from us. A close look at the arial pictures will give you an idea of the setting to help you decide if it's a good fit for you. Whichever season you choose, we're confident you'll enjoy your stay here.

Very nice home close to Grand Rapids. Good open floor plan and Appliances. Heated floor throughout the house is a plus. Access to attached garage was a nice benefit.

Beautiful cabin and the hosts thought of all the little things to make it perfect. Nice area outside the front door for a bonfire. A short walk along a wooded pathway to the lake front with a dock and a outside screened porch to enjoy the morning coffee or evening beverage.

Perfect Escape on the Lake

I had a wonderful 5 day stay at this property. The house, its furnishings and its location are all pretty much flawless. It was in immaculate condition when I arrived. The walk from the house to the lake is like entering a forest preserve. I hope to be back next summer!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 (and dog) to vacation, great space with plenty of room for all of us, fully stocked, beautifully decorated, and better than the photos. We felt so comfortable there, paddle boarded from the dock, s'mores in the fire pit, cornhole on the lawn and a short drive to area restaurants and to town for anything we needed. The yard was nice and the walk to the lake was a breeze. The interior was cozy, had plenty of seating, lighting and was well kept, there was some obvious large missed areas that didn't get clean from the previous guests, but we just did a wipe down upon arrival and it was all good. It wouldn't deter us from staying again or recommending to friends.

Biking Getaway

The house was perfect for three couples getting away for the weekend. The house was immaculately clean, well appointed, comfortable, and just right for us. I’d highly recommend it.

What a dream!

We had such an amazing time at this property!!! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook an amazing meal! We really enjoyed all of the puzzles as well! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Great place

This is our third stay and they have all been fantastic. The house has plenty of room, is clean, and is right off the lake so you can easily get to the snowmobile trails. Thanks for another great stay!

Snowmobiling Trip

We wanted to ride our sleds for a quick weekend getaway. We were a group of 5 adults so the house was perfect for us. Easy access to the lake and trails on the path down to the channel. Parking was perfect for 2 pickups and trailers. The host let us check-in early and was very responsive to our pesky questions. We will be back again!

Home away from home

Beautiful family home. Had a wonderful weekend with my adult children. Home was very specious but had noce big open kitchen and livingroom. Had all the amenities of home. Great area for boatwers and fishers. Wonderful screened in area by water. Only draw back was it was close to busy road, but we got used to it. Allowed us to bring our digs! We will be back!

Amazing Getaway

We stayed at this beautiful property while we were in town for a family reunion. This house is gorgeous! We needed to bake and do some prep work and the kitchen was so well stocked! The owners thought of everything - towels, bedding, toiletries, USB ports, kitchen items including coffee and goodies. The decor was so nice and it was just a really beautiful, relaxing place to stay. We didn’t have time to really use the lake, but the nice screened in porch down by the water would have been wonderful to spend some time in. We highly recommend staying in this lovely home! ❀
