The top floor has a spacious second living room loft, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has 8 bunk beds.

The basement features an entertainment room with a large TV and foosball table. There are two bedrooms and full-size bathroom. One room has a full-size bed and full-size bunk bed. The other room has a full-sized bed and a twin/full bunk bed.
