This magnificent home leaves no detail unattended and offers so much space! A newly constructed pickleball and basketball court and a new putting green feature are just a few of this home's amazing amenities.

Welcome to your private 2-acre luxury resort in North Scottsdale. This exquisite 6,500 sf custom home in the Troon Area has been decorated with your premier vacation experience in mind. Engage in friendly competition on the newly built pickleball and basketball court, place your bet in the poker room, play pool, ping pong, or arcade game in the Game Room, lounge pool side under an umbrella or fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen. Kids can enjoy the Rainbow playground and wide open grassy areas, take a trip down the waterslide or play their favorite arcade games inside. The kitchen is a chef's dream with professional appliances (including 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, gas range, prep sink) and full array of dishes, bake ware, small appliances and utensils needed by a discerning chef. Privately gated, this beautiful home offers every amenity from plush, pillow top beds with luxurious linens to a sparkling heated pool and spa (with waterslide, waterfall and diving board) and everything in between.

There are two office areas for private work space when you need to be connected while away from home. The WiFi service is the fastest available from the service provider so you will never miss a beat.

The expansive outdoor living area feels like your own private 5-star resort! Lush park like grounds with grassy areas, a putting green feature for golfers, a pickleball/basketball court, and a diving pool with grotto, sun shelf and separate spa set this desert oasis apart.

Minutes from World Famous Golf Courses, Barrett Jackson Car Show, Arabian Horse Show, Baseball Training Facility, Casinos and the Mayo Clinic.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

What a wonderful experience!

The house is beautiful, the pool and other amenities were wonderful! Great view from the top! We hired a chef to cook onsite, and it was the perfect kitchen for that type of experience. We had a couple questions along the way and received an immediate response which was very refreshing.

Outstanding Property!

We chose this beautiful property for our family spring break vacation (8 adults and 4 children ages 1-7). The home itself is spectacular and extremely well maintained. The property offered lots of things to do for our family - pickleball, basketball, children’s play structure, pool, outdoor fireplace and kitchen area, even ping pong - all well maintained. The home was also thoughtfully appointed. We have stayed in several vacation properties and I think my family would agree that this is may be the best one we’ve stayed in!

We had an amazing stay at the Bronco Estate. One of our best family vacations. The property is like staying at your own private resort. Pool with slide and hot tub fenced in, misters, playground, pickle ball/basketball, bags, etc. etc. The home is well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfortable, very large garage for three cars and beautiful desert views. Layout is excellent for both small children or adult only trip. Highly recommend.
